Some days, team building becomes much more than a series of exercises.In Lovasberény, that’s exactly what happened.
During a joint program by 6FirmitaS and MindForce Dynamics, participants didn’t just complete tasks — they became living examples of how a team performs under pressure, challenge, and humor.
The goal was not to build the tallest structure or win a game, but to observe themselves and each other — and to experience what true collaboration feels like.
🧠 The Marshmallow Tower Reimagined – Without Limits
The classic “Marshmallow Tower” exercise was completely redefined.Each team received the same set of resources, but this time there were no limiting rules.No fixed time frame. No height goal. No defined structure.
Only one challenge: Build something that works — whatever that means to you.
This freedom unleashed pure creativity.Some teams built towers, others pyramids, and a few designed suspended constructions.While some reached impressive heights, others focused on stability and design.

One of the most joyful moments of the day was the pantomime relay.Teams had to pass a short story down the line — without words, only through gestures and expressions.The challenge wasn’t only about communication accuracy but also about interpretation, empathy, and adaptability.
Participants were so engaged that even the hotel staff joined in the guessing, and by the end of the game,the astronaut from the Mars expedition had turned into…a heroic soldier. 💫
This spontaneous twist reminded everyone that collaboration isn’t just about information exchange —it’s about emotional synchronization and shared experience.
