Past Experience – The Foundation of Today’s Mission
Four years ago, one chapter came to an end and a new one began. After more than 25 years of criminal investigation and operational service, I laid down my general’s insignia. That was the moment I stepped onto a new path—the world of civilian life and human development.
This journey led to the founding of 6FirmitaS Consulting in October 2021 and MindForce Dynamics in January 2024. I created two organizations with a clear purpose: to connect awareness, technology, and performance, and to support individuals and organizations in navigating an increasingly fast-changing world.
During more than two decades of service, I learned what it truly means to make decisions in uncertainty, to provide direction under pressure, and to earn the trust of a team as a leader. These experiences now form the foundation of the programs delivered by MindForce and 6FirmitaS.
My work within border policing, customs and financial investigations, and later within the operational system of the National Tax and Customs Administration taught me how to break down complex situations into clear, manageable actions. This is one of the most critical skills I now pass on to today’s leaders.
Change as a Source of Inspiration
Career transition—from professional service to civilian training and development programs—is often considered one of the most challenging paths. Yet, as multiple reflections show, this journey is no longer only my personal story. For many, it has become a source of inspiration and proof that it is always possible to begin again.

Technology and Human Potential in the Service of Development
Within the programs of MindForce and 6FirmitaS, neurotechnology, VR-based simulations, biofeedback and breathing training, and structured leadership methodologies converge. These tools are not used for their own sake. Their purpose is to support deeper self-awareness, more conscious functioning, and greater decision-making stability.
Decades of field and command-level experience now serve to create development processes that are realistic, measurable, and human-centered—whether working with corporate leaders and teams, law enforcement units, or sports organizations.
Today, MindForce Dynamics and 6FirmitaS Consulting do more than deliver training programs—they shape mindsets. The goal is simple, yet profound: to develop leaders and teams who can operate calmly, consciously, and humanely, even under pressure.
Gratitude and Mission
I am grateful for my health, for my loved ones, my friends, my colleagues, and my mentors. I am grateful for the opportunity to experience, learn, and teach growth—and to do work that has a genuine impact on the lives of others.

For me, this rebirth is not a new role, but the continuation of the original mission in a different form: developing people, rebuilding trust, and holding the belief that growth is accessible to everyone.
